Bethel Children Ministry supports children ages 18 months to 12 years in becoming fully devoted followers of Christ. All our teachers are dedicated and passionate about facilitating the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of our children through various teachings from the bible and quality materials to further enhance their growth. The goal of this ministry is to see each child grow and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our programs and activities are all designed to reach out to children with the message of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
At Bethel we value quality, our children ministry teachers and volunteers are trained for effective ministry to the children and they are provided with quality resources/material that helps communicate to the children’s needs. Our teachings are tailored to meet the specific needs of various age groups.
Our children’s teachers and volunteers include people of different career backgrounds amongst which are social workers, lawyers, child and youth workers, etc. If you are passionate about children, you are welcome on board.
Weekly Program:

Every First Sunday of the Month is our joint worship for all children tagged, FUN SUNDAY from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Activities include praise and worship, games, bible trivia, a birthday celebration for the children who are born that month and many other fun activities. All activities take place at the Teen’s auditorium, located in the basement area of the church building.

Other Sundays in a month the children meet in their various classes where targeted lessons are been taught alongside with various activities as follows:
10.00 am-10.30 am – Connect Time: Connect Time allow children to chat with their friends and teacher about the week and previous lessons
10.30 am-11.45 am- Prayer Time, Bible Teaching, Practical life Application, and Activities related to the Topic for the week.
11.45am-12.00- Snack Time& Closing Prayer

The second week in July is dedicated to children’s and teens’ annual celebration which includes the following activities: Summer Bible Camp for children ages 6-12years and Family Picnic Time at a designated fun park. December: is a season for Christmas celebration for our children, friends, and families. This event is marked by community dinner, caroling and lots of fun to celebrate all of the gifts of life.
